Scouts on FRIDAY

Don't forget that this week we are holding Scouts on FRIDAY night. We're going for a night hike, meeting at 7pm at the Scout Hut. Leaders will provide transport, Scouts will need

• warm clothing
• waterproofs
• gloves
• hat
• torch
• walking boots
• a drink and a bit of food.

If they want a lift back they'll need to bring a clean pair of shoes and trousers.

Scouts without a sensible amount of gear won't be going on the walk.

We will ring parents upon our return to Longridge, we're usually back around 10 but sometimes it gets a little later.

A Hike on the Fells

Today six Scouts had a great but muddy time walking from Waddecar, we walked through Bleasdale, up the slopes of Fairsnape and Parlick and then back.

Camp Cancelled

Due to lack of interest I have decided to cancel this weekend's camp.
